Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds:
- We currently don't have any refund policy.
Exchange:
- Worn / washed articles will not be eligible for exchange.
- Claims of only defected & wrongly delivered articles will be acceptable after thorough investigation.
- Articles with all tags and labels intact can be exchanged & claimed within 14 days of purchase/delivery.
- Goods cannot be exchanged without the original invoice.
- Exchange can only be made for the same article in a different size or color.
- For an exchange from online department, customer has to bear the delivery charges for both sides.
- No exchange of articles purchased during sale & promotions.
- Products purchased from our retail and online store can be exchanged from any Al Nasser retail outlet.
- Due to hygiene issues, accessories and undergarments will not be exchanged.
